Empa-T is seeking an IT Risk Specialist to join an international project in the financial services sector, strengthening IT governance, managing technology risks, and supporting regulatory frameworks including DORA.

The role involves managing IT risks, maintaining the IT Risk Register, coordinating governance committees, and producing risk dashboards for executive leadership. Requires 8+ years in IT Risk/GRC with COBIT/ISO 31000/DORA knowledge and French fluency.

Qualificações

• +8 years of Experience in IT Risk Management, IT Governance, or GRC environments.
• Strong knowledge of governance and risk management frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, ISO 31000, ITIL, NIST, DORA.
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments.
• Knowledge of IT Security and Cyber Risk Management principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent French

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor IT risks across the organization.
• Maintain and update the IT Risk Register and related documentation.
• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of IT Governance practices.
• Support the deployment of Group governance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Organize and facilitate IT Risk, Cybersecurity, and Governance Committees.
• Monitor remediation plans, audit recommendations, and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports, risk indicators, and governance dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, and Risk Management teams.
• Support risk assessment exercises such as ORSA and RCSA.
• Monitor operational IT incidents and associated action plans.
• Ensure compliance with DORA requirements and governance standards.
• Review supplier and outsourcing contracts, ensuring DORA regulatory alignment.
• Act as the liaison between local teams and international headquarters on IT Risk and Governance topics
