Empa-T is seeking an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join an international project in the Insurance & Financial Services sector. You will help ensure production stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in Agile and DevOps environments, working in Lisbon with a hybrid model.

The role emphasizes integration of production, infrastructure, and security, plus hands-on support for automated deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Production Support, or DevOps.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure and Production Operations.
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana/Prometheus/ElasticSearch/Dynatrace).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (GitLab/Jenkins/Artifactory/SonarQube/Ansible/Mattermost).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive operational activities.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support development teams in delivering secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
• Facilitate deployments across production and non-production environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, and supervision frameworks.
• Ensure operational readiness, service availability, and platform stability.
• Conduct security reviews and support IT risk mitigation initiatives.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
• Contribute to automation, industrialization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support incident resolution, deployment issues, and production releases.
• Promote Agile and DevOps best practices across development teams.
• Ensure documentation, backup, recovery, and operational procedures are maintained and tested.

Skills & Experience

• +5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Production Support, or DevOps environments
• Experience with IT Infrastructure and Production Operations
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity principles
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, or Dynatrace
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, and Mattermost
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive operational activities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English
• French is a plus
