Empa-T is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager in Porto, Portugal, to lead international security initiatives within a banking project. You will manage planning, delivery, and governance across Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Cybersecurity or Security Engineering, 3+ years in project management, and fluent French and English. The role is Porto-based with hybrid office work and international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Engineering environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT or Cybersecurity projects.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including IAM, Network Security, Security Operations, Cyber Risk Management.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing project risks, budget, scope, and timelines.
• Fluent French.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development teams.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Identify project risks and define effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and executive updates for management.
• Drive collaboration across teams to resolve issues and improve project efficiency.
• Promote best practices in project governance and cybersecurity delivery.
