We are looking for a DORA Project Manager to join an international project within the Banking sector, supporting the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across multiple entities and helping strengthen cybersecurity, IT risk management, and operational resilience practices.
You will work closely with cybersecurity, IT, business, compliance, and operational teams to ensure regulatory requirements are translated into concrete actions, clear roadmaps, and effective governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of DORA requirements across different entities
- Maintain and follow up on the DORA implementation roadmap, including tasks, milestones, deadlines, and dependencies
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical actions within cybersecurity, IT risk, and operational resilience frameworks
- Track progress against defined roadmaps and identify deviations, risks, and blockers early
- Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings, workshops, steering committees, and ad hoc checkpoints
- Support stakeholders in understanding their responsibilities and required actions
- Work directly with technical and business teams on topics such as network segmentation, backup, operational resilience testing, and third-party monitoring
- Produce clear and visual status reports, dashboards, and one-page briefs for senior stakeholders and management
- Act as a key point of contact for DORA-related questions, ensuring proper escalation when needed
- Challenge teams when necessary and help drive alignment across different stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, FAQs, SharePoint content, lessons learned, and key project updates
- Support change management initiatives related to cybersecurity, IT risk, and operational resilience
Skills & Experience
- +5 years of experience managing IT-oriented projects
- Strong experience in project planning, coordination, roadmap management, and milestone tracking
- Previous experience in regulatory, cybersecurity, IT risk, operational resilience, or compliance-driven projects
- Good understanding of IT and information systems concepts, including servers, networking basics, cybersecurity testing, and the CIA triad
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT risk management, and operational resilience concepts
- Ability to translate regulatory or technical requirements into practical implementation plans
- Strong experience preparing status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level updates
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience leading meetings, workshops, follow-up sessions, and steering committees
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or regulatory topics to non-expert audiences
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across technical, business, risk, and management teams
- Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and highly organized mindset
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn and deepen knowledge in DORA, cybersecurity, IT risk, and operational resilience
- Fluency in English
- French is a plus
