Axians is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead initiatives in a complex international environment, from planning to delivery, ensuring scope, budget and security alignment. You will drive measurable business value with strong PM and cybersecurity expertise.

The role demands collaboration with diverse teams, proactive risk management, and clear stakeholder communication to maintain schedules and deliverables. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of overall experience in professional cybersecurity engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical background, with good understanding or hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network security...).
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
• Professional Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2...), is a plus.
• Professional cybersecurity management certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA), is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g NIST SP800-x), is a plus.
• Knowledge on technologies/products related to cybersecurity, is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and French (written & spoken).

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Perform risk management on your project(s) to identify risks, raise awareness to stakeholders, and come up with a mitigation plan.
• Communicate proactively with all project team members to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

Cybersecurity Project Manager

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives within a complex and international environment. You will be responsible for managing projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and security requirements. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, cybersecurity knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills to successfully drive strategic security projects and deliver measurable business value.
