Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a native Italian speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our multicultural team on-site.

You will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email, delivering post-sales technical support, initial diagnostics, and troubleshooting for leading domestic appliance brands.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Italian and professional working fluency in English.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct initial diagnostics, follow troubleshooting workflows, and learn new software tools quickly.
• Proactive, patient, and resourceful when addressing customer complaints or technical glitches.
• Must reside in Portugal or relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Work Model: 100% On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Portuguese Time).
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), with Sunday fixed off + 1 rotational day off per week.
• Benefits: Daily meal allowance and performance-based bonus.
