Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a native Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a multicultural team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading domestic appliance brands.

This full-time on-site role requires excellent written and spoken English and Italian, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform initial diagnostics using standard workflows and video guides.

Job Summary

Are you a native Italian speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity in Lisbon? We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our multicultural team in Lisbon. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing top-tier post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading domestic appliance brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for various small domestic appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot product issues using standardized procedures and video guides/tutorials.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, order follow-ups, minor repairs, and complaints.
• Utilize multiple software platforms seamlessly during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex or specialized technical issues to the appropriate internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and excellent service.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level Italian and professional working fluency in English.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to conduct initial diagnostics, follow troubleshooting workflows, and learn new software tools quickly.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive, patient, and resourceful when addressing customer complaints or technical glitches.
• Location: Must be currently residing in Portugal or able to relocate independently to Lisbon.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Work Model: 100% On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Portuguese Time).
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), with Sunday fixed off + 1 rotational day off per week.
• Benefits: Daily meal allowance and performance-based bonus.
