Sensei is seeking a dedicated customer support professional to join our Castelo Branco office. You will help improve customer satisfaction, collaborate across teams, and contribute to refining internal processes while engaging with retailers using Sensei’s AI-powered, real-time data platform.

You will work with colleagues to ensure quality in every interaction, support back-office tooling enhancements, and help communicate new features to customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high quality in customer interactions and support quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve back-office tools.
• Communicate new features and improvements to optimize tools.
• Participate in weekend work as needed.
• Support multiple retailers with real-time basket management and analytics.
