You will work weekends, maintain quality standards, and use back-office tools to optimize support delivery. This role offers a customizable benefits package and a competitive compensation plan.

• Improve the quality of customer support and boost customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to refine procedures and internal processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in team operations and workflows.
• Assist in the development of Sensei solutions by working with other Sensei teams.
• Ensure all quality standards are met in customer interactions.
• Maintain high-quality work standards and performance metrics.
