Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an Operations Customer Expert to support users of a leading AI research and deployment company. You will handle billing, access issues, and guide customers through the AI platform, delivering exceptional service across chat, email, and phone.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, problem-solving, and achieving high-quality outcomes while working 40 hours weekly on day shifts. Training will cover software tools and client product knowledge.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across digital channels (Chat, Email, Phone).
• Willingness to work day shifts (07:00–22:00).
• Interest in artificial intelligence technologies and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide billing, invoicing, and account access assistance.
