FH Collective Academy in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist users of our AI platform, guiding them through features and resolving issues.

The role involves handling billing queries, login problems, and providing multi-channel support (email, chat, telephone) in a fast-paced environment. It is an on-site position with rotating shifts; relocation support is available for international candidates.

Qualifications
