You will guide and onboard users, handle billing inquiries, and troubleshoot issues across channels, all while embracing a 24/7 operation. Relocation, accommodation, meals, and health benefits are part of the package.

Qualificações

What You Will Do

• Guide, support, and onboard users on cutting-edge, advanced AI tools.
• Assist customers with billing, invoicing, and account management.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across multiple support channels with empathy and speed.

Salary & Compensation Options

Choose the package that best fits your lifestyle (based on a 40-hour work week with 15 days of paid training included):

Option A — With Accommodation Included

• Base Package: €1,259.33 gross/month (Includes base salary, €154 meal allowance, holiday & Christmas allowances)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00/month extra
• Perk: Private apartment room + all utilities & cleaning included!

Option B — Without Accommodation

• Base Package: €1,320.67 gross/month (Includes base salary, €154 meal allowance, holiday & Christmas allowances)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00/month extra
