CCTalents is recruiting customer support advisors with English at C1 level or above for an international AI and technology project, on site in Lisbon - Parque das Nações. Support is conducted through digital channels, with no telephone calls.

You will respond to user questions, assist with accounts and billing, and clearly explain features in English while meeting quality standards. Training opportunities and growth are available.

Qualificações

• English at C1 level or higher, spoken and written.

This opportunity is for candidates currently living outside Portugal and available to relocate to Lisbon.

CCTalents is recruiting customer support advisors with English at C1 level or above for an international artificial intelligence and technology project, on site in Lisbon - Parque das Nações. Support is provided through digital channels, with no telephone calls.

What you will do

Respond to questions and requests from users of an artificial intelligence platform through digital channels.

Help with accounts, access and account recovery, billing, payments and subscriptions.

Explain features and resolve technical and functional issues clearly and professionally in English.

Record and follow up requests, meeting the project’s quality and performance standards.

What we are looking for

English at C1 level or above, spoken and written, with excellent written communication.

Completed secondary education (12th grade) or an equivalent qualification.

Good computer skills, a willingness to learn, analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

A customer-focused approach and interest in artificial intelligence and digital products.

Experience in customer support, contact centres, help desks or technical support, or frequent hands-on use of artificial intelligence tools. You do not need to be an AI specialist.

Availability for on-site work and one of the shift patterns described.

Conditions

Base salary of €1,000 per month.

Holiday and Christmas allowances, paid in monthly instalments.

Meal allowance of €7 per working day.

Monthly performance bonus of up to €200, subject to results and not guaranteed.

Initial training lasts 15 working days, with compensation of €18.56 per day subject to successful completion.

22 working days of annual leave, health and dental insurance.

Schedule and location

Fully on-site work in Lisbon - Parque das Nações.

Full-time: 40 hours per week, with 8 working hours per day.

24/7 operation: daytime shifts within 07:00-22:00 or night shifts within 22:00-07:00.

You can indicate your preference for daytime or night shifts during recruitment. Your exact working hours follow the project rota.
