TP PORTUGAL is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Social Media to support Content Creators and Influencers with subscription and account management, technical troubleshooting, and the use of marketing tools. You will occasionally make outbound calls to resolve issues, share product guidance, identify trends, and ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements: German (C2) and English (C1), empathy, excellent communication, and discretion.

• Excellent English at C1 level.

• Soft-skills for de-escalation situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Content Creators/Influencers across Social Media for Subscription and Account Management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Perform outbound calls as needed to resolve issues and improve communication with Users.
• Offer guidance on product and tool usage to enhance client experience.
• Identify user trends and help resolve issues effectively.

• Identify trends and resolving issues encountered by users.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills inGerman (C2);
• Exceptional knowledge of English (minimum C1);
• Empathic and helpful;
• Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
