Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support representative to be the first contact for customers, resolving questions and issues with professionalism and care. You will respond to inquiries via phone, chat and email, log accurate case details in internal systems, and help maintain a positive and efficient support process.

We require fluent English, EU work eligibility, and strong written and verbal communication in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
