Overview

Dutch speaking Content Moderator for a social media leading platform in Lisbon.

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch speaking Content Moderator for a project of a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Content Moderation for Dutch content.
• Written contact with customers in Dutch, as well as in English.
• Remove and delete inappropriate content.
• Content Management, to avoid cyber crime.
• Make sure content corresponds to ethical standards.
• Remove and delete content like hate messages, cyber bullying, terror and animal abuse.

Procedure

The training period is 10 days for 9 hours per day. During the training you will receive an insight into your future work field which will include:

• Integration into the Portugal team;
• Training for new computer software programs;
• Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client;
• On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.
• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months;
• Up to two contract renewals with a duration of 12 months;
• Permanent employment contract after 3 years;
• Private health insurance after contract signature (in addition to the standard insurance).
