CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for an e-commerce project based in Lisbon. You will review content to ensure it complies with platform policies and local regulations.

This full-time role features a 24/7 shift pattern with two rotative days off per week. Relocation support is available for international candidates, along with private health insurance, meal and transport allowances, and a modern Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Dutch fluency at native level and English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Prior experience in content moderation or related customer service.
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Strong communication and decisive decision-making abilities.

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team, working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform.

• Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge.


• Your Role Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards.


• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics.


• Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures.


• Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes.


• Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks.

Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

• Native-level fluency in Dutch and good command of English (B2 level minimum).


• Strong communication and decision-making skills.


• Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.


• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset.


• Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
