BlueView Talent in Lisbon, Portugal, is looking for a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will use phone, email, chat and other channels to deliver positive experiences from first contact to resolution.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in the travel field.
