Armatis-lc recherche un conseiller clientèle francophone à Guimarães pour assister les clients et soutenir leurs parcours sur des projets dans le secteur de l’énergie.

Le poste est initialement basé au bureau, avec possibilité de travail à distance après 3 à 4 mois selon les performances et les objectifs. Contrat à durée indéterminée, travail à temps plein.

Qualifikationen

• Maîtrise parfaite du français (écrit et oral) en conformité avec le niveau C1/C2 requis.
• Expérience en service client ou postes similaires est un atout.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de CRM.

Aufgaben

• Passer et recevoir des appels pour assister les clients et répondre à leurs demandes.
• Traiter les requêtes via les canaux back-office et conseiller les clients tout au long de leur parcours.
• Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées, gérer les objections et les ventes selon les exigences du projet.
• Garantir une expérience client de haute qualité et utiliser divers outils informatiques et applications.

Work organisation and location

You will work in our modern offices located in Guimarães, within a dynamic, welcoming and well-equipped working environment.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide you with the appropriate support, the first few months will be office-based. After 3 to 4 months, you may be eligible for remote work, provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets.

Your responsibilities

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Making and receiving calls to assist customers with their enquiries
• Handling customer requests through back-office channels
• Advising and supporting customers throughout their experience
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Handling objections and complaints professionally
• Performing sales-related tasks according to the project’s requirements
• Ensuring a high-quality customer service experience
• Using different IT applications, systems and digital tools

What we are looking for

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken: C1 or C2 level is mandatory
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest effective solutions
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, sales, customer care or advisory roles is considered an advantage
• Availability to work variable and rotating schedules
• Availability for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day

This position is intended for candidates who are already residing in Portugal. We do not provide relocation or relocation assistance.
