Armatis-lc in Guimarães is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to assist customers by phone and online, resolve inquiries and offer suitable solutions.

The role starts office-based for 3–4 months with the possibility of remote work later. It is a full-time position (40 h/week) with training, a competitive salary package and benefits in a dynamic, friendly team.

Formación

• Excellent command of French (C1/C2) in writing and speaking.
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Proactive attitude with ability to propose effective solutions.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centre or advisory roles is an advantage.
• Availability to work variable/rotating schedules.
• Availability for full-time position: 40 hours per week.

Work organisation and location

You will work in our modern offices located in Guimarães, within a dynamic, welcoming and well-equipped working environment.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide you with the appropriate support, the first few months will be office-based. After 3 to 4 months, you may be eligible for remote work, provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets.

What we are looking for
