Job summary

Armatis-lc in Guimarães, Portugal, is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-growing energy-project team. The role starts office-based with potential remote work after 3 to 4 months, subject to performance.

You will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and support throughout the customer journey while benefiting from paid training and an attractive salary package.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken: C1 or C2 level mandatory.
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest effective solutions.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, sales, customer care or advisory roles is an advantage.
• Availability to work variable and rotating schedules.
• Availability for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.

Work organisation and location

You will work in our modern offices located in Guimarães, within a dynamic, welcoming and well-equipped working environment.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide you with the appropriate support, the first few months will be office-based. After 3 to 4 months, you may be eligible for remote work, provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets.

Your responsibilities

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:
