Armatis is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its Guimarães-based team. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and back-office channels, guiding customers and offering solutions while maintaining high service standards.

Initial months are office-based, with potential remote work later, depending on performance. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week and offers training, a competitive package, and career progression opportunities.

Qualificações

• Excellent command of French (C1/C2) both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with IT applications.
• Experience in customer service, support, or call centres is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Make and receive calls to assist customers with inquiries.

• Advise and support customers throughout their journey.

Work organisation and location

You will work in our modern offices located in Guimarães, within a dynamic, welcoming and well-equipped working environment.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide you with the appropriate support, the first few months will be office-based. After 3 to 4 months, you may be eligible for remote work, provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets.

Your responsibilities

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Making and receiving calls to assist customers with their enquiries
• Handling customer requests through back-office channels
• Advising and supporting customers throughout their experience
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Handling objections and complaints professionally
• Performing sales-related tasks according to the project’s requirements
• Ensuring a high-quality customer service experience
• Using different IT applications, systems and digital tools

What we are looking for

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken: C1 or C2 level is mandatory
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest effective solutions
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, sales, customer care or advisory roles is considered an advantage
• Availability to work variable and rotating schedules
• Availability for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day

This position is intended for candidates who are already residing in Portugal. We do not provide relocation or relocation assistance.
