Formación

• Excellent command of French, written and spoken (C1/C2).
• Good theoretical and practical computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented.
• Proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in Customer Service is advantageous.
• Willingness to work variable and rotating schedules.
• Available for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.

Work organisation and location

You will work in our modern offices located in the heart of Porto, offering excellent accessibility and an ideal location just a few steps away from Trindade metro station.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide you with the appropriate support, the first few months will be office-based. After 3 to 4 months, you may be eligible for remote work, provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets.

What we are looking for
