A Cbt procura um Customer Service Support para se juntar a equipa em Lisboa, trabalhando remotamente dentro de Portugal. O foco é fornecer apoio a clientes Dutch, respondendo por telefone e e-mail com empatia e soluções adequadas.

Oferecemos um salário bruto mensal entre 1.100€ e 1.359€, formação em inglês e benefícios como seguro de saúde privado, cartão de refeições e bônus de férias. A empresa também oferece relocation e acomodação partilhada.

Qualificações

• Falar holandês fluentemente (escrito e falado) e ter bom domínio de inglês.
• Experiência em atendimento ao cliente é desejável.
• Habilidades de resolução de problemas.
• Comunicação clara e empática com foco no cliente.
• Proficiente com ferramentas básicas de computador e disposto a aprender novos sistemas.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte ao cliente via telefone e email de forma cordial e profissional.
• Ouvir perguntas e preocupações dos clientes e oferecer soluções adequadas.
• Auxiliar com pedidos, entregas, pagamentos e devoluções.
• Atuar como ponto de contacto com vendedores externos para garantir operações fluídas.
• Oferecer orientação sobre produtos digitais e serviços online.
• Escalar questões não resolvidas para os departamentos apropriados.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.

• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and deliver tailored solutions.

• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.

• Act as the point of contact for external sellers, ensuring seamless operations.

• Offer guidance on digital products and e-services.

• Escalate and route unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Speak Dutch fluently (written and spoken) and have a good command of English.

• Have experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy helping others.

• Are a clear and empathetic communicator with a customer-first approach.

• Are proficient with basic computer tools and willing to learn new systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Packages:

• €1,100 gross/month (with room allowance).

• €1,359 gross/month (without room allowance).

Training Program:

• €213.60 per 5 working days (total for 20 days: €854.40).

• Comprehensive training delivered in English.

Relocation Support

We'll make your move to Portugal stress-free with:

• Airport pick-up and administrative registration assistance.

• Fully furnished shared accommodation, including utilities (water, electricity, internet, cable TV).

Accommodation Details:

• Stay in company-rented apartments for at least 14 months.

• Fully equipped rooms, with essentials like bedsheets, pillows, and towels provided.

Work Schedule & Location

• Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 (8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break).

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

• Working Model: Remote within continental Portugal.

Training starts: 18/May/26

Hiring Process

Contract Details:

• 1-month trial period applies.

• Temporary contract with potential for renewal or permanency.
