Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a Customer Specialist to join its diverse, international team in Portugal. You will assist customers with orders, accounts, products, services, and general inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels.

You will understand customer needs, provide clear information, and deliver efficient, tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. Relocation support and competitive compensation accompany the role, with onsite work in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with a variety of inquiries concerning orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests.

Through phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels, you will understand customer needs, provide clear information, and deliver efficient, tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping and deliveries, payments, account management, products, and available services.
• Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable solutions based on their individual needs.
• Address complaints and challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and a focus on resolution.
• Assist customers in navigating relevant systems, processes, products, and service options.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and outcomes accurately in internal databases and support tools.
• Coordinate with other departments to investigate issues and resolve requests that require additional assistance.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback to help improve service quality and internal processes.
• Stay informed about product updates, service offerings, operational procedures, and company policies through regular training and ongoing development.

What We're Looking For

• Languages: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
