Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who speaks Danish to support our international clients from Portugal. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional service experience in a multicultural environment.
The role requires Danish fluency and English at least B2, with a base in Portugal. A hybrid/remote working arrangement is available and the company offers training and development opportunities.
Qualificações
