Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Lisbon to support global clients in a friendly, multicultural environment. You will assist customers by phone, email and chat and help resolve product and service issues.

Required: fluent French (C2) and English at B2 or higher, with based in Lisbon. The role includes paid training, private health insurance, career development, and a modern office with hybrid or remote options.
