Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service Advisor who speaks German to join our international team in Portugal. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring high service standards.

Based in Lisbon, you will work with internal teams to resolve issues, contribute to a best-in-class customer experience, and participate in training and career development. Hybrid or remote options are available.

Qualificações

• Fluent or C2 level in German.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades
