Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our global clients in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The role requires fluency in French and strong English, and being based in Braga.
You will assist customers by phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and delivering excellent service. We offer a competitive salary with performance bonuses, private health insurance, paid training, and a modern hybrid/remote work option with career development
Qualificações
- Fluent or C2 level in French.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Already based in Braga.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
