CB Talents seeks a Customer Service Representative (French & English) in Lisbon for on-site, 24/7 shift work. You will provide B2B support via phone, email, and chat, assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, verify accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance.

A high school diploma and a minimum of 6 months contact center experience are required. Offers include a €930 gross monthly base salary (paid 14 times per year), a daily food allowance, and a relocation package with shared housing

Position Overview

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative (French & English)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Model: On-site
• Languages Required: Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1)

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €930 gross per month (paid 14 times per year)
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation support provided, including access to a shared apartment with other employees for up to 12 months (utilities included; accommodation fee of €280 per month is deducted directly from your monthly payslip).

Schedule

• Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts) with 2 rotative days off per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional B2B customer support in French and English via Phone, Email, and/or Chat.
• Assist business clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions to optimize their use of the platform.
• Identify account holders, verify account information, and maintain high standards of service.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (mandatory).
• At least 6 months of customer-oriented contact center experience (mandatory).
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various rotational shifts, including night shifts, on-site.
• Candidates must possess (or be eligible to obtain) a Portuguese NIF and NISS for employment and health insurance enrollment.
