CBT in Lisbon seeks a Sales Agent for outbound Italian-speaking advertising sales. You will reach out to potential advertisers, guide them through sign-up, and present a compelling value proposition to help them leverage our platform's advertising solutions.

The role offers a stable schedule, comprehensive training, health insurance, and a meal card. It is a temporary contract with potential renewal, located at Lisbon City Center.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (preferably in digital marketing).
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing & media mix planning.
• Excellent consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
• Business acumen to identify and maximize client potential.
• Ability to influence and engage decision-makers confidently.
• Strategic thinker with outstanding communication and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

What’s in It for You?

• Competitive Salary: €1,227.33/month (including base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus food allowance).
• Comprehensive Training: 15 days, fully paid (€92.80/week).

• Stable Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8‑hour shifts + 1‑hour lunch break.
• Location: Lisbon City Center.
• Two days off per week (rotational shifts, announced 4 weeks in advance).
