Concentrix in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Portuguese-speaking) to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries, assist customers with a variety of questions, and contribute to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires excellent Portuguese (written and spoken) and fluent English (B2), strong communication, empathy, and teamwork. You should be available for rotating schedules and eager to grow with our global retailer client.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Help customers with from simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints.
• Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges
• Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Are available for rotating schedules
• Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
• You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
