CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking a Polish-speaking customer support specialist to assist customers via phone, chat and email. You will use English for internal communication and in tools.

Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, you will join a team offering relocation support, a shared apartment for up to 12 months, and a food allowance as part of the package. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Fluent Polish required.
• Fluent English required.

Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided

Schedule: Monday–Friday (including bank holidays), rotational shifts between 07:30–20:00, weekends off
