Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, including high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services through incoming calls or emails.
• Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process them accordingly.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction.
