Rocket Stars invites a French-speaking Customer Support specialist in Porto to deliver high-quality inbound support for home appliances. You will assist customers with installation, usage, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting through phone, email, or chat, while coordinating warranty and service bookings where needed.

You’ll log interactions accurately, escalate complex issues when required, and stay current with product updates to ensure a confident and empathetic customer experience.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
• Confidence navigating digital tools and CRM systems.
