Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join an international project. You will communicate with customers via phone, chat and email, and provide friendly, professional service.

The role requires excellent English (C1 or higher), and you must have a valid work permit in Portugal. Full training will be provided in a collaborative, multinational environment.
