Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Porto team on-site. You will handle bank client inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and promote our product range in a sales-focused manner. Fluency in German and English is required, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• German language fluency required (native/fluent), spoken and written.
• English fluency at level C1 or higher.
• Strong listening and issue-resolution skills; able to resolve issues in the first contact.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients via phone, chat and email.
• Provide excellent customer service and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
• Use tools and processes to ensure accurate, complete information is provided.
• Present the product range in a sales-oriented way and support central marketing campaigns.
• Mediation between customers and bank branches as needed.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients via phone, chat and email (appointments, income statements, PIN/TAN orders for online banking, implementation of card blocking, mediation between the customer and other bank branches, feedback)


• Provide excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall customer experience


• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information


• Sales-oriented presentation of the product range


• Present the product range in a sales-oriented way, support of central marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)


• Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers


• Ability to take stressful situations well.
