CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking customer-focused Portuguese speakers to represent the largest private bank in Portugal. You will handle inbound calls and provide solution-oriented support across channels.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM shifts, starting November 2. Training is paid and a competitive compensation package includes base salary, allowances, and meal benefits.

Join our team in Lisbon! We are looking for customer-focused Portuguese speakers to represent the largest private bank in Portugal.

What You Will Do

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls for both bank customers and non-customers, delivering clear, efficient, and solution-oriented support.
  
• Advisory & Sales: Provide accurate information on products and services, identify cross-selling opportunities, and recommend tailored banking solutions.
  

Work Schedule & Hours

• Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break).
  
• Shift Rotations: Operational shifts run Monday through Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
  
• Start Date: November 2nd

Paid Training Program

• Duration: 15 business days (8 hours per day).
  
• Schedule: Generally aligns with standard working shift hours.
  
• Coverage: Includes integration, IT software training, product/service education, multi-channel handling (phone, email, chat), and practical on-the-job application.
  
• Compensation:
  
  • Daily Rate: €10.00 / day
    
  • Weekly Rate: €50.00 / 5 days
    
  • Paid proportionally upon successful completion of the training period (exempt from social tax deductions).
    

Compensation & Benefits Package

Monthly Gross Compensation Breakdown

• Base Salary: €920.00
  
• Christmas Allowance (paid in 12ths): €76.67
  
• Holiday Allowance (paid in 12ths): €76.67
  
• Meal Allowance (€7.00/day for ~22 days): €154.00 (Tax-exempt, issued via pre-paid meal card)
  
• Total Gross Monthly Estimate: €1,227.33
  

Contract Details

• Initial Agreement: Training Agreement signed on day 1.
• Employment Contract: Upon successful completion of training, sign an open-ended term contract (contrato a termo incerto) with an estimated initial duration of 12 months, extendable for an additional 12 months.
  
• Permanent Status: Eligible for a permanent contract after 2 years.
