You will onboard partners, master tools like Salesforce, and turn inquiries into positive experiences. This role offers a hybrid setup from our Carcavelos office with a private shuttle from Lisbon center and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (written & spoken).
• Strong professional English.
• Experience in Customer Service or B2B Partner Support is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating multiple tools and logging notes while communicating in real time.
