Smartbox Group in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Executive for the Danish market. You will be the heart of the brand, delivering support across phone, email and chat to customers and partners.

You will onboard hospitality partners, provide daily guidance, resolve inquiries with a calm, proactive mindset, and help upsell solutions while maintaining accurate logs and meeting KPIs in a hybrid setup at Carcavelos.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (written & spoken) plus strong professional English.
• Background in Customer Service or B2B Partner Support is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating multiple tools (e.g., Salesforce) and logging notes while communicating in real time.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Brand Ambassador: deliver exceptional support to customers and partners across phone, email and chat.
• Drive B2B success: onboard partners and provide daily operational guidance to maximize engagement.
• Turn challenges into wins: resolve inquiries and complaints with a calm, proactive approach.
• Add value: assist customers with orders, exchanges and upsell opportunities while encouraging self-service.
