Smartbox Group in Carcavelos is hiring a Customer Service Executive to be the heart of the brand. You will build relationships with customers and B2B partners across phone, email and chat, delivering seamless support.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (written & spoken) and strong professional English.
• Background in Customer Service or B2B Partner Support.
• Comfortable using multiple tools and logging notes while communicating in real time.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive energy, teamwork, curiosity and passion for helping people.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Brand Ambassador across phone, email and chat, delivering exceptional support.
• Support restaurant, hotel and activity partners through onboarding and daily guidance.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently, turning interactions into positives.
• Guide customers through orders, exchanges and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain precise contact logs and collaborate to hit quality KPIs.
