CB Talents is seeking a Customer Service professional to join our client's team in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site. You will support customers using Dutch and English to ensure high satisfaction across phone, chat, email, and social media channels.

Requirements include fluent Dutch and English, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to clearly explain features or event details while managing multiple interactions. Prior CRM/ticketing/chat experience is a plus for this role.
