Concentrix is hiring a Customer Representative (Romanian-speaking) in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries and process insurance policy requests while ensuring high-quality service. Ideal candidates possess a strong command of Romanian and English, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

• High level of Romanian proficiency (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a formal and diplomatic stance.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Receive telephone calls or chat inquiries from customers regarding their insurance policy information.
• Process requests via transactions in the client policy administration system.
• Index and electronically archive documents using the document management tool.

• Process claim and cancellation requests.

• Process requests via transactions in the client policy administration system or by preparing replies to letters/emails and related documents.
• Index and electronically archive documents using the document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests and update payment details accordingly.
• Process claim and cancellation requests.
