Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Representative to ensure client expectations are met and to drive excellence in quality and customer journey improvements. This on-site role focuses on delivering professional support across channels, maintaining strong communication, and aligning with performance targets.

Qualificações

• French written and oral at a high level; fluent in English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Answer questions about ongoing requests and services to meet customer needs.
• Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
• Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative, you will:
