Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure performance targets across operations and meet client expectations for quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvements. The position is full-time, on-site in Lisbon, with competitive salary, performance bonus, and referral programs.

Qualificações

• High level of French (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with a diplomatic stance.

Responsabilidades

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients seeking information about their insurance policy.
• Process requests via the client policy administration system or by writing/sending replies and documents as needed.
• Do indexation and electronic archiving in the document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
• Make claims and cancellation requests.

What you will do in this role

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy
• Depending on the case, the request will be processed via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by the writing and sending of replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
• Do indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests, updating payment details
• Make claims and cancel requests

Your qualifications

• Have a high level of French (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
• Have previous customer experience is a plus
• Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
