Concentrix is seeking a Customer, Order and Technical Support representative fluent in French to assist with medical equipment. You will deliver technical support, manage order intake, and provide multi-channel customer service.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. Full paid training is provided, with competitive salary and potential bonuses. This is an on-site position in Porto, Portugal.

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

What You Will Do In This Role

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
• Accurately document all customer contacts.
• Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent, both verbal and written, in French and C1 level in English.
• Capacity to support more than one market simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under stress and adapt quickly to change.
• Patience and composure to handle disputes and emergencies.
• Active listening and empathy to resolve client issues.
• (Bonus) Knowledge or background in healthcare, diabetes devices, or technical support.
