TP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon to handle inbound inquiries, bookings, and service requests with a positive brand attitude. You will support customers in Dutch (C2) and English (B2), clarify doubts, and process changes or complaints efficiently.

The role offers onboarding training, development opportunities, health insurance, relocation assistance, meal allowance, and easy access by public transport.

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency at C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong comfort with basic IT tasks from a user perspective.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential or sensitive information.

• Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts;


• Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand;

What you’ll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2);


• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);


• Experience in customer service (preferred);


• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;


• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
