Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Analytical, creative, and strong communication abilities.
• Eager to learn and grow in the Travel field.

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with products, services, and policies through training.

• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
