Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is looking for a Customer Specialist to deliver exceptional Dutch- and English-language support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will engage customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, understanding needs and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth experiences from first contact to resolution.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal residency card
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in Travel field

• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portugueseresidency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
