Responsibilities:

As a French Speaking Advisor, your responsibilities include:

Assist viewers via phone and/or chat with various queries
Provide account and application support, especially regarding software functionality
Offer technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
Respond accurately and promptly to viewer inquiries

Requirements:

To be selected as a French Speaking Advisor, you should have:

Native-level proficiency in French (written and oral) and fluent English (B2)
A passion for entertainment and media
Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit, and customer focus
Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
Eligibility to work in Portugal, either with an EU passport or valid work permit
